Industrial insulation reduces costs and C02 emissions
Industrial insulation is a proven method of driving sustainability across industry. The European Industrial Insulation Foundation (EiiF) exists to promote insulation as a widely accepted means of delivering significant financial and environmental benefits.
Industry worldwide consumes about 26% of the world's energy and produces about 50% of all CO2 emissions. Experts know that there is big potential to improve these numbers by implementing sustainable insulation systems.
The easy way to achieve rapid returns
With a typical payback time of just one or two years, industrial insulation is the ‘low hanging fruit’ of sustainable profitability. The use of expert contractors, using the latest insulation materials, will ensure a cost-effective and efficient installation process that is tailor-made to your requirements.
You can access expert contractors, and find out more about the materials and processes used for industrial insulation, via the EiiF. We can also arrange for a consultation to be carried out at your plant or production facility.

Reduce heat loss by 25%
There are case studies that demonstrate the sustainability of technical insulation. For instance, the average heat loss of a coal-fired power plant with a capacity of 1100 MW, and 300.000m2 conservatively insulated surfaces, can be reduced by 25% when insulated sustainable.
This saves around 25, 500 tons of coal every year, reducing annual CO2 emissions by 27,000 tons. This is roughly equivalent to 12.890 cars with an annual mileage of 15.000 km. In financial terms, this would enable the plant operators to produce added power equivalent to 4.8 million euros.
